While there is a lot of focus today on Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) with Lean, Six Sigma and other approaches across DoD, there is a broader and more strategic need for the DoD to operationalize their approach to Enterprise Strategy Alignment and Deployment. Doing this will ensure that DoD CPI initiatives are aligned with the strategic goals of the Major DoD Organizations. This workshop will prepare you for deployment leadership and process ownership. Geared toward all Lean Six Sigma belts, the focus is on successfully applying Lean Six Sigma in a defense environment. Participants will engage in deploying critical mass without wasting resources and reducing organizational entropy via Lean Six Sigma to help sustain benefits.
